Enter through either the front entrance or the shared fenced courtyard. The courtyard is shared with the neighboring units and provides a convenient outdoor space for you and your pup during your stay. From the entry level, a flight of stairs leads to the main living area, with elevator access available once inside the home for easy travel between floors.
The main living level features a bright and inviting living room with large windows, mountain views, a cozy gas fireplace, and a Smart TV—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or working. Just outside, the attached balcony offers the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the scenery.
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a walk-in pantry, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Enjoy dinner around the dining table for four or gather at the nearby bistro table for two.
Down the hall, you'll find a full bathroom, laundry room, elevator access, and a dedicated office that's ideal for working remotely. The office includes a desk, Smart TV, and its own gas fireplace, creating a comfortable workspace throughout your stay. • This is a pet-friendly home! We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $75 pet fee per pet, which will be added to your reservation.
• Parking is available in the attached two-car garage (garage remote provided), on the street in front of the home, or in the community parking lot.
• This townhome is part of a small multi-unit property with a separate ground-floor apartment and an apartment located above the detached garage.
• The fenced courtyard is shared with the neighboring units.
• This home features an elevator between the main living levels. Please note that you'll need to use a short flight of stairs to reach the main entry level before accessing the elevator.
• The property is located in downtown Colorado Springs, where you'll experience typical urban activity. The Colorado Springs Police Department is located nearby, and we've never experienced safety concerns at the property.
• A train track is located across the street, and trains pass several times throughout the day.
• Colorado winters can bring snow and icy road conditions. If traveling during the winter months, we recommend a vehicle equipped with AWD or 4WD.
• Please note that there is no USPS mailbox access during your stay.
