Next to the Master Suite is the corner bedroom nicknamed the "Ocean Room". Guests can always contact us via text, phone or through VRBO. Although we reside in the separate walkout basement, we lead busy lives as we both work and travel when we can. In the event we are out of town, our cleaners live nearby and are available if you should need anything. We are quiet, rarely entertain, do not party or smoke, nor do we have any pets. House was beautiful and the inside lovely. All the interior furnishings made the place very comfortable and relaxing. The nature of our stay didn’t allow to truly enjoy all the amenities. We had three families with five kids ages 5 and under. There was plenty of room for everyone and lots of games for the kids to enjoy. The home was beautiful and was great to be able to have family meals together without needing to always eat out. Location was perfect. The host does supply the laundry detergent for the washing machine which is great! The house is in a nice friendly neighborhood with a park a block away. It is in a central location to all the main attractions, which is an easy 20-30 minute drive with traffic. When we had questions the host was quick to answer. Their home is beautiful and spacious and has everything that you would ever need! The location was central to the wedding we attended at Creekside Event Center as well as the sightseeing we wanted to do. There are beautiful views of Pikes Peak from the bedroom windows upstairs. Everything is perfectly cared for. The photos do not do justice to this house. This home has bathrobes, games, 5 roomy bedrooms, and fully stocked kitchen and pantry. The hosts were in the downstairs apartment and they encouraged us to enjoy the backyard. They never bothered us and were wonderful hosts.
