Cozy Downtown Loft/Private Office & Walk-in Closet

  • Located near the heart of downtown COS, you’re within walking distance of the city’s best shops and restaurants. Two blocks west taps you into The Springs intricate bike trail system. Minutes from Manitou and Garden of the Gods, this stay is a great “adventurers’ hub”!

    Traveling on business? Our stay makes the perfect spot for working away from home. FULL office with high speed WiFi, dual monitors and a laser jet printer.

    Property Description:

    Access Apartment #2 located to the left.

    Upon entering the home, you will enter into the living area which is divided by a bar that separates the full sized kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances. To the left of the refrigerator is the laundry area with full sized washing and drying units.

    Upstairs is the cozy loft with an area for lounging and an office for studying or business. Through the loft the bathroom is on the left with a luxury shower/bath with custom tile and dual vanity. To the right is a walk in closet with hangars, storage and a safe.

    At the end of the hall is the master suite behind the rolling barn door.

Cute property, very enjoyable space to stay in. And I loved having a grill! Location near the Memorial Park was nice for running and due to the balloon festival. Would definitely want to stay again.

Great Stay

I had a great stay at this place. It is perfectly situated near downtown so getting to the local restaurants and breweries and other great activities was easy. The home was very clean and well updated and fully stocked with all that a visitor would need to be comfortable. The owner was easy to contact and very prompt on responses.

Our stay was great! The house was super cute, clean, and exactly as described. It was very comfortable, cozy, and a relaxing place to stay. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating when we requested to check in early. Extremely close to downtown and Memorial Park and a short drive to many different attractions. We would definitely stay here again!!

Fantastic space, location, and hosts! I stayed here for two weeks for work and it was a lovely cozy space that had wonderful amenities. It’s a delightful old house that has been lovingly restored. The neighborhood is really nice and I loved being across the street from the historic Colorado School for the Deaf and Blind. The downtown Sunday farmer’s market is an easy 20 minute walk as are lots of shops and restaurants. The hosts are very responsive and welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Great place, had a great visit. Place was great for my needs for my 5 days in the Springs. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Everything I needed to do was no more then 15 minutes away. Unit had 3 portable AC units and a large fan in the bedroom but I was comfortable with just one running and it was fairly warm that week - mid 80s. 15 minutes to get the MTB trails I wanted to ride and 7 minutes to CC. No dishwasher but having the laundry was much more important to me.
