This is a basement unit, with a surprising amount of natural light.

    Undoubtedly the best part about this property is the location. With great restaurants, breweries and shops within short walking distance. Places such as Cerberus brewing Co., Front Range Bbq, 403 West, European Cafe, just to name a few. Manitou Springs is a short 5 minute drive, along with the Garden of the Gods, and Downtown is literally 5 blocks away. Discounts for weekly and monthly rates are available.
