The house was perfectly sited for us to acclimate to the altitude and had every feature we needed for a comfortable weekend, plus easy access to garden of the gods and Manitou Springs. It is a 10 minute walk from the Broadmoor where I had a meeting. The house was 100% as advertised. It was clean and well-stocked with all of the essentials. Communication with the management was very prompt and thorough. Check-in process was very easy with the code to the door given the morning of check in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the “Broadmoor Stunner”. We travel a lot in the winter months and we got so sick of staying at a hotel that we decided to try a VRBO for the first time. We were not disappointed! The home was comfortable and spacious for our group of 7\. The kitchen was well appointed and we were grateful to be able to cook healthy meals instead of eating out. Each of the 4 bedrooms were tastefully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The entire place was exceptionally clean and we felt right at home. We appreciated the attention to detail and provisions like ice melt for the driveway. Eric was also a wonderful host - very communicative and accommodating of our needs.
