Easily can sleep 10 people and the spaces are well thought out and designed so a large family can have a great time (pool table, corn hole, hammock in the backyard), or girlfriends can cozy up in front of the fireplace and chat the night away. The host was attentive and ensured we had a fantastic stay! A bonus is the large garage where we were able to park our vehicle out of the elements. The house is a few blocks away from a beautiful trail head. The neighborhood is very quiet, with sidewalks making going for a run or dog walking very easy and safe. The outdoor space is fully fenced, nicely landscaped and makes for a nice soace for morning coffee, dining outdoors or relaxing by a fire in the evening. Plenty of room to sleep 9 comfortably. The master bedroom was amazing. They had tons of toys for little ones to play with for hours. The only thing that I would request would be portable fans for the upstairs bedrooms, (I left one there as I did not have room in my suitcase 😊), trash cans for the bedrooms and a pizza cutter. We could not find one🙈. We will definitely stay there again.
