  • This beautiful house is set on 5 acres nestled into Cheyenne Mountain with private hiking access to Cheyenne Mountain State Park Trails. With only a 15 minute drive to downtown Colorado Springs you will also have the option to enjoy easy access to city life making it the perfect place for small events you'd like to host (bachelorette/bachelor weekend. no weddings) Spend the day enjoying what the Springs is has to offer then enjoy the fireplace, hot tub, pool table, & shuffle board with a beautiful view of the city during the night. You will never want to leave!


    The space: 6000 sq ft home with 4 bedrooms with 4 private attached bathrooms. 2 living room areas on separate floors.5 acres of land with trampoline, BBQ, hot tub. Wrap around porch with 3 other outdoor living areas. Fully loaded kitchen.

    Events: All events will have maximum attendance of 25 guests in attendance. We also require a 3 night minimum for any event & an additional event fee of $500.
