Historic English tutor home located seven blocks from the Broadmoor Hotel. Four bedrooms, four baths with gourmet kitchen and open concept living. House has been totally refinished with many upgrades, and all the creature comfort's you would want for a relaxing vacation .This house and neighborhood is located close to the downtown Colorado Springs restaurant nightlife. This location is very close to the historic Broadmoor Hotel and less than a 15 minute drive from the Air Force Academy.
