"The room was not ready at 3 pm. There was a very large crowd of people waiting in a very small lobby without enough seating for their rooms. I had to wait until 4:30pm to get the room. The shuttle to the hospital is advertised, but is either not available or too slow to arrive, so I used an Uber. The staff are not interested to help. The hotel is also showing signs of aging even though it is almost new. The bed linen was fraying and the towels were old. "

"I didn’t realize it was such a big property and traveling by myself with a heavy suitcase, I should’ve requested to be in the towers for ease. I stayed in the bungalows and it seemed far away, but it was incredibly beautiful and a fabulous bungalow!
