Exceptional stay! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a seamless check-in process. The room was immaculate, with luxurious amenities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay, from providing excellent dining recommendations to arranging transportation. We booked this hotel last minute for our honeymoon. The morning before, by noon we received a call That there was a mistake with the availability and were given the option to move to the sister hotel in Tulum, LA ZEBRA. We were taken care of, beyond expectations! Ricardo and Juan Carlos really took care of us to make sure our one night stay went well. This hotel staff does an amazing job, the hotel is really nice and clean, nice decor, nice beach access, delicious food and great drinks! Our upgraded room had a small private pool, big sliding doors with ocean view and a huge shower, A/C and a super comfy bed. We wilL DEFINITELY be returning here. Thank you Ricardo and Juan Carlos 6 out of 5 stars!
