#### Service een dikke nul waard

We boekten dit hotel op de dag van aankomst en lieten hen meteen weten via een berichtje dat ze ons bijna tegen sluitingsuur mochten verwachten, gezien de verre autorit... Op dat bericht kreeg ik droogweg terug "We sluiten om 23u00, daarna is hier niemand meer"... Eenmaal aangekomen rond 22u45 à max. 22u50 worden we begroet door een medewerker achter de balie met "We gaan wel sluiten over 5 minuten hé". Vervolgens moest hij onze boekingsbevestiging uit de vuilbak vissen, want die had hij al weggegooid! Eenmaal uit de vuilbak gevist, gooide hij ze over de balie naar ons toe. "Gratis wifi" is helemaal niet gratis, die krijg je enkel door bij het hotel zelf te boeken. Al weet je dat pas ter plekke. Met tegenzin kregen we het toch gratis los, omdat ik al best op m'n tenen getrapt was. De kamers en uitrusting zelf zijn "oké", maar niet wow. Echter was er in één van de twee kamers maar één kussen en laken te vinden, terwijl er geboekt werd voor 2x2 personen. Naar de receptie gaan had geen zin, want die waren na het inchecken al gevlucht omdat het bijna 23u00 was. De volgende ochtend, bij het uitchecken, melden we dit bij een andere medewerker die achter de balie stond. Ook die leek geen goede dag te hebben, want ook die reageerde "Dan moest je maar vroeger inchecken!". In mijn tientallen overnachtingen bij Hotels ben ik nog nooit -echt nooit!- zo onbeschoft, onvriendelijk en grof behandeld door twee personeelsleden van hetzelfde hotel! Deze verdienen gewoon geen bezoekers meer.

Das Hotel und das Zimmer waren sehr sauber, das Personal war außerordentlich nett und zuvorkommend. Leider waren die Zimmermöbel in einem etwas angeschlagenen Zustand und in die Jahre gekommen. Man sieht aber dass das Hotel sich Stück für Stück neu aufstellt. Das Zimmer war zum Teil schon renoviert und saniert, Teppichboden und Badezimmer. Ich schätze mit der Zeit und dem dazugehörigen Betrieb werden auch die Möbel Stück für Stück getauscht. Der Preis war unschlagbar und fair. Bonjour hôtel terminales était très bien on a passé une très bonne nuit la chambre très propre l'accueille aussi vraiment rien à dire sans bruit, donc je note 9/10\. L'hôtel qu'on à passer la nuit du jeudi 13 février Svp il faut pas envoyé des gens là bas chambre sans chauffage , les draps et oreillers salle et froissé, des draps d'enfants qui fait a peine 1mettre cinquante, salle de bain douche sans savons, le savons se trouvent sur le lavabo à côté du toilettes il faut aller prendre le savons sur la main jusqu'au begnoir et la porte du begnoir qui se ferme pas c'est vraiment pas d'endroits à mettre en location, j'étais avec mon mari on a pas dormi mais comme on connaît personne là bas on ne pouvaient rien faire vraiment je ne suis pas contente donc je mets note de 0

The oustide of the hotel feels a little tired but the room and Beds were clean and very comfortable. Great staff and the breakfast was very good value with pleanty of choice. We would stay there againe

Es hat sehr nach Fekalien gerochen. Viele Magnetkarten funktionierten nicht so das uns immer Jemand aufmachen musste. Das 1\. Zimmer nussten wir wechseln da im Bad die Decke getropft hat.... Wasserschaden.

방도 넓고 시설도 좋습니다. 조식도 포함인데 너무 맛있었어요! 거기다가 직원도 친절하셨습니다. 주요 관광지랑 조금 거리가 있지만 버스 정류장이랑 가까워서 별 문제 없이 다녔습니다(유레일이용자라 버스비용만 들었어요). 근처에 마트도 크게 두 개나 있어서 외식보다 간단하게 사서 먹기도 좋아요. 매일 하우스 키핑도 해줘서 정말 청결합니다. 화장실과 욕실도 넓고요. 가격대비 매우 만족!

#### Würde es nicht nochmal Buchen 

Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal Buchen. Wir hatten eigentlich 3 Nächte gebucht sind nach 2 wieder abgereist. Es wurden versucht über neue Store und Fernseher das Zimmer aufzuwerten aber man hat noch nicht mal geschafft Farbe an die Wände zu bringen. Die Bäder könnten auch mal überholt werden.

The hotel is fine. Generaly clearn. good as a budjet hotel. good location for the exhibition centre. it is quite dated and basic. Breafast was ok During exhibitoin time prices are very high so the hotel was far from value for moany during this time

Leider unglaublich laut durch Monteure, welche die Nacht zum Tag machen. Absolut durchgelegene, quietschende Matratzen, die bei jeder Umdrehung ein Aufwachen verursachen. Altes Bad, Duschvorhang, Licht geht nicht immer an, der Fön war jahrzehnte alt und hat keine warme Luft mehr gebracht. Frühstück okay, aber Lautstärke und Zustand so mies das ich da nicht nochmal hin möchte.

#### Hotel "Ich Geh Wieder Schnell - Terminal"

Schrank kaputt, kein Kabelfernsehen, obwohl angegeben. Keine Batterien in der Fernbedienung! Zerschlagene Glastür auf dem Balkon. Scherben auf dem Balkonboden. Das angeblich bei Anreise vorhandene Wasser auf dem Zimmer, war nicht vorhanden, dafür aber fremde Haare im Bett! Im Waschbecken lief das Wasser nicht ab. Frühstück katastrophal...alte, teils ranzige Wurst und grundsätzlich das billigste vom Billigsten - Metro-Fraß halt! Never again!!!
