Check in was quick and straightforward. The hotel is at the end of Glockenglasse and was very quiet at night. There’s a bar next door serving traditional German food and local beer, which was very pleasant and friendly. Only way we didn't end up on the streets, as there was no phone number an American phone or Whatsapp could contact, was another tenant aiding us. Room was cramped with pillows little more than pillowcases. Breakfast was facetious at best, as we were instructed that the food laid out wasn't for guests, even though our reservation said so, and one of the ONLY staff scolded us when we just tried being polite and asking questions.
