Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, der kurz vor seinem Feierabend stand, war wenig erfreut, dass er jetzt noch notdürftig das Zimmer in Ordnung bringen musste! Balkontüre konnte man auch nicht verriegeln und es musste sicherheitshalber das Rollo geschlossen werden. Dusche/WC-Raum roch nach Kanalisation. Plus je dobrá dostupnost veřejnou dopravou - U-Bahn a nádraží Koln-West. Pokoje jsou standardní, dobrá postel, studio s kuchyňkou, která ale není zařízená, nutno si půjčit nebo vzít vše potřebné. Vedle hotelu jsou tři supermarkety - Aldi, Rewe a Basic biomarkt. Recepce obsazena pouze od 15 do 20 hodin, vše se vyřídí při příjezdu. TV didn't have remote we asked for it we got 5 but none worked, on second day finally they gave us the right one. the shower is so small you can barely move in there. WiFi didn't work at all. we got 3 password none of them worked.
