The problem is that the location showed on the map is actually not accurate... We actually had to drive an extra 20 mins away from the city before getting to the hotel. This is because their address is not correctly entered. We have a stroller and were expecting to walk the downtown area which we couldn’t do anything and had to take the transit as Cologne is mostly pedestrian. We were offered free buffet breakfast as a compensation, but the service was pretty bad and they had stopped filling the food over an hour before the closing time. We even had to take old coffee pots from other tables because the waiter had stopped making some when we arrived... overall not the best.
