"The room was somewhat clean there was alot of cobwebs in our room. We did a week stop and found ourselfs living out of suitcase as very little storage. The bar was clean ,the staff excellent. We never got to try restrurant out as was closed when we tried to book a table. The breakfast was fabulous although cornflakes would of been a nice choice instead of a whole oat section. Over all it was a fab place to stay if loud sometimes with so many conferences taking place. Would we return yes absolutely."

"The hotel is clean and convenient location as we were going to Cotswold. Some areas like the bathroom could do with some updating. Plenty of parking space which you can pay for £7.50 at the reception. On the plus side, the leisure facilities—including the pool, sauna, and steam room—were great! Just an advice if you're planning a night swim: the website says the pool is open until 9:00 PM on weekends with last entry at 8:15 PM, but they actually closed early at 8:45 PM so staff could clean it which is not indicated in the website or information that they handout when you check-in. Make sure to give yourself extra time. Also, breakfast took a while to be replenished. They seemed really busy as there were a lot of people likely due to a wedding the night before."

"The rooms were very clean and spacious , had a lovely balcony as it was winter I didn’t use it but great facility , there was some building works going on but it was the spa side so a distance from the rooms , the room was very clean and towels fresh every day ."
