Air, sea and mountain, pretty 25 m² shaded terrace, furnished, secure for children, not overlooked, with barbecue, garden furniture and hammock. House of 80 m², 3 bedrooms, first bedroom with double bed 160, second bedroom with bay window, Balinese style with canopy bed and bathtub in the bedroom, bathroom and private wc. Third bedroom reads 140\. An additional separate shower room and wc. Kitchen with gas stove, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine. Wireless. The house is 5 minutes walk from the beach. Shops, restaurants. Collioure is very pleasant in summer, autumn and spring, the temperature is very mild. In winter we have events such as dinner outside on the beach on the evening of December 31 and the antiques fair. Die Terrasse sehr schön. Das Haus an sich ist einfach möbliert aber sehr funktionell und v.a. nah zum Zentrum und ruhig gelegen. Da sehr viele persönliche Sachen der Eigentümerin im Haus herum liegen, gibt es einerseits sehr wenig Stauraum und zweitens wirkt das Haus recht unordentlich und wenig homogen in der Innengestaltung. Die Küche ist sehr alt und wenig ansprechend und eines der 2 Bäder hatte ein Toilette ohne Sitz&Deckel und eine Dusche ohne funktionierenden Wasserablauf (war also quasi disfunktional). Generell war das Haus bei Bezug nicht wirklich sauber und wirkte ein wenig herunter gekommen ##### Sven S. Pas de place dans les chambres pour poser et/ou ranger ses affaires. Dans la chambre avec la baignoire (celle sans volets), j’ai dû mettre mon sac de voyage dans la baignoire car au sol il y a plein de trucs de décoration posés. Maison remplie de meubles, de bibelots pas du tout adaptée à la location. Cuisine très vieille pas pratique. Difficile pour se garer dans la rue même au mois d’avril. Seul point positif, la maison se trouve à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Collioure. Nous étions 6 et nous partageons tous le même avis sur cette maison. ##### Sophie C. Das Haus selbst ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und sehr geräumig, drei Schlafzimmer, Küche, großer Essbereich, Wohnbereich, und vor allem die große Terrasse mit Weber Grill , großem Esstisch und Outdoor Sofas. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, wifi, tv, Audioanlage, Mikrowelle,Saftpresse, Nespressomaschine..... Geschirr, Pfannen und Töpfe sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos und immer angenehm. Bei kleineren Problemen im Haus wurde umgehend Abhilfe geschaffen.
