Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 28 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. Sheets, towels and cleaning not included. We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises \- A 28 m² living room, air-conditioned and south-east facing, with a large sofa bed, a dining area and a TV. \- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- One bedroom with double bed (140×190) \- Bathroom with shower and WC Outside: \- A 9m2 south-facing terrace, with furniture and manual awning to make the most of sunny days. The flat is ideally situated in a quiet location on the heights of Collioure, in a very pleasant environment, less than 10 minutes' walk from the town centre and the famous plage du clocher. You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, artists' studios and local crafts... La terrasse est agréable, residence très calme lors de notre séjour ( moi de juin) L'accès à l'appartement en autonomie avec système de clé avec coffre est très pratique. Le propriétaire est très gentil, très réactif aux demandes, pour notre part il est même venu nous chercher à notre arrive à la gare pour nous évité le chemin à pied, en étant chargé. L'appartement etais bien décoré, confortable. Le propriétaire a fait quelques changements au niveau du mobiliers, comme les chaises extérieures avec la table extérieure, la table basse... mais cela n'est absolument pas gênant pour le confort. Il y a beaucoup de fenêtres dans le salon très pratique pour faire des courants d'air le soir en cas de chaleur ou le matin tot. 🙁 Pour être honnête lors de notre arrivée nous nous sommes sentis étouffer par une sensation de poussière très présente, malgré les vitres ouvertes avant notre arrivée. Quelques minutes plus tard nous avons simplement allumer un peu la clim 5 minutes, passer une petit coup d'aspirateur et de lingettes humides et cela allait déjà beaucoup mieux.. comme quoi il suffit de peu.... Certains équipements etais usagées, le four n'avais pas était nettoyé, mais le propriétaire nous a dit que les locataires d'avant n'avais pas étais aussi minucieux que nous. Les produits d'entretien présents sur place etais pour la plupart déjà terminés et non pas étaient renouvelés... Nous avons quand même étais satisfaite de notre séjour, mais le vrais petit plus serais de passer entre chaque locataire, ce qui pour moi nécessaire, pour faire une vérification de tout les produits utiliser et pour faire un bon petit coup de ménage plus minucieux...." ##### Agence C.
