Showed them in writing the pet fees on Expedia and referred back to the amount he also told us in the beginning and then he kept trying to raise it and when I showed him he was wrong he said oh I am new but it’s his family running the property and he was laughing. He thinks it is ok to try to scam a disabled retired veteran with Parkinson’s for more money. Horrible experience."
