The condo has a rare sought after wood fireplace. The condo is a Corner unit with large bay window and a lovely deck to enjoy the night sky. The condo also has 2 complete bathrooms. A rare find. The beautiful trails offer a wonderful outdoor adventure for you and your children. No need to drive to get to some of the most beautiful areas this town offers. Laundry facilities on sight and air conditioning for those lovely hot summer days. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a bar with stools for families to enjoy meals. This condo is available for long term rental. The bedrooms offer blackout curtains so the early morning sun won’t wake you and your family. The well decorated living room has the beautiful wood fireplace a large television and comfortable sofa and chairs to relax after a long day of fun. There is also a television in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has king size super comfortable bed and a private ensuite with full bath and shower. The children’s room has two single beds that can be moved together for another couple.
