Staff were very friendly. Our room was sparkling clean. Having a supermarket, restaurant, and a liquor store across the resort was a big plus.

I would give this hotel a 3 star cause yes hotel is nice and clean but the beach is a long walk away you either have to walk or ask hotel staff to take you to the beach. Then you have to make sure your saving a beach seat since 8am if not you won’t get a seat or you sit in the back rows . Food is a alright on the beach. Waiter Kado was very nice. Our view in our room said harbor view but it faces the traffic so you hear the cars and sirens sometimes maybe I have very high expectations cause last time I stayed at the Kimpton and that hotel is right on the beach. Think this time that’s why I was disappointed when I booked the hotel. I thought it was right on the beach. Overall, for the price, it’s not bad. The hotel was nice and clean. Staff is nice.

Beautiful, spacious, poolside suite with ocean view and a quiet, family-friendly vibe. Everything we could possibly need was provided, including fully equipped kitchen with espresso maker, two ovens, microwave, huge fridge; washer and dryer in the suite; snorkeling gear free to borrow for the entire stay. On-site restaurant was good, a little pricey, but terrific wait staff who immediately made us feel welcome and at home. Jonathan and concierge staff were responsive and attentive. The only issues during our stay were a 4-hour power outage because of utility company work on the road -- not the property's fault and they gave us a treat for the inconvenience -- and a pesky lock on the sliding doors. We loved it there and definitely would stay there again. Rum Point is a great location if you want a peaceful vacation with lots to enjoy and none of the more crowded feel we sensed in 7-mile beach area.

We stayed on the end condo on the ground floor. It was very clean and well stocked with comfy furnishings and amazing views! Claudette was so kind and helpful in the office along with the other girl. We sat in the screened in porch and watched the ocean and was able to snorkel right outside our condo. We will certainly stay again! The only minor negative was that the West end is pretty far away from restaurants and shopping so we took the public bus for those things.
