You cannot use most of the beach because the coral and rocks will cut you up. The beach was filthy with litter everyday at the edge. Small hot tub is cold. This is no where near 7 Mile beach. Honestly too expensive for the 50 minute distance to Georgetown. You will need to rent a car to get around. There are better places to stay in Rum point. People were stiff and unfriendly here. They are working on the Sargassum which Mother Nature controls that issue. It is a drive to most visited areas. The kitchen is nice to have,the studio could use a table to eat at. The shower rod was falling down, two tiles were separated in the shower and partly reattached messily with silicone that wasn't holding them, a corner of the tiles wall had fallen off and silicone slapped on top prevent injury. There were no comforters for the Murphy beds. The appliances were new, kitchen very good and clean. The beach was good, however you need to train the staff to do trash details. A piss bottle was on the beach just above the reach of the daily skid steer scraping the whole week. Miscellaneous other trash items were never picked up. Seriously, 1 guy daily with a bucket and a grabber is a wise investment. Food was good but waaay overpriced compared to other local offerings that was better.
