This villa, situated in Serrungarina, enjoys a breathtaking view that sweeps from the Adriatic Sea to the Apennines. Surrounded by tranquility and by the green hills of the Marche region, from the villa you can easily reach many historic centers of the hinterland such as Mondavio and Urbino, and many seaside resorts such as Fano, Pesaro and Senigallia.  
Recently renovated, this villa is furnished with typical style of the Marche region. The details are those of the old country houses, with brick veneer, wood beam ceilings and terracotta floors.  
Outside the villa, there is a porch, connected to the kitchen, equipped with table, chairs and a wood stove, where you can comfortably eat enjoying the coolness or just relax. The porch overlooks the garden, the pool and the surrounding hills.The property includes a beautiful garden with flowers, plants and a vegetable garden. The pool has a whirlpool, and is equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and sun-umbrellas. In the evening, you will experience unforgettable moments thanks to the beautiful soft lighting.  
This villa, 300 sq.m., is perfect for a group of 10 people.  
Villa Panorama is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living area with fireplace and large dining table, kitchen and bathroom-laundry room; from the kitchen you can access the porch with wood stove and a table for outdoor dining. A few meters away is the garden where guests can gather vegetables.  
On the first floor there are:  
\- four bedrooms with a double bed;  
\- a bedroom with two single beds;  
\- a bathroom with shower;  
\- a bathroom with bathtub.  
Bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and insect screens on windows.  
  
The rental price includes:  
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance.  
  
The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):  
final cleaning € 150,00; pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week) € 50,00 per week; heating consumption; firewood for fireplace and wood oven (kg.100) € 30,00; extra cleaning; extra linen change.  
  
Security deposit (to be paid upon arrival): € 500,00  
  
Check-In: from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.  
Check-Out: from 8.00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.

#### schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage mit besonderer Aussicht

Wir waren vom 26. Mai eine Woche in der Villa Panorama mit neun Erwachsenen. Wir haben uns auf dem Anwesen und dem wunderschönen Garten sehr wohl gefühlt.Leider haben wir uns zu spät getraut, das angebaute Gemüse und Obst im Garten zu ernten. das extra für die Gäste des Hauses angebaut wird.Sowohl das Hausmeisterehepaar als auch die Besitzerin haben sich außerordentlich fürsorglich um uns gekümmert. Für uns war es eine wunderschöne Woche in herrlicher Umgebung.

#### Privat and relaxing holiday in quality Villa

The Villa is immaculately clean and with all the facilities and comforts of home. It has a lovely kitchen with all the utensils you need and comfy dining and sitting areas. The bedrooms are light and airy. The owners had left an excellent information pack with maps and lists of restaurants and things to see and do in the area, along with all local information should it be needed. The nearby coastal villages and towns are also worth a visit for the fantastic restaurants. It is so quiet and peaceful you automatically relax into the Italian way of life!
