This property is a fully licensed and permitted short-term rental with the City of College Station. Permit #STR2o24-ooo266.

Check-in is a simple, self-service process using a keypad. Your code will be provided prior to your arrival.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest stay to ensure your health and safety.

For your safety and security, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras at the front and back entrances.

The Cowboy Pool is 8 feet in diameter and will fit approximately 6 adults at a time. Maintenance happens once per week, usually on Mondays. During maintenance and for 2 hours afterward, the Cowboy Pool is not available for use.

Your safety is our highest priority. Please enjoy the Cowboy Pool and fire pit responsibly, as all guests use at their own risk. Children should be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. For everyone's safety, do not use while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as doing so greatly increases the risk of injury or drowning. By using the Cowboy Pool and fire pit, guests acknowledge that they assume responsibility for their own safety and the safety of those in their group.
