"Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely ensuite bathroom. Location is brilliant - about a 20 metre walk and you’re on the Old Course!! Parking was easy and free nearby. Be aware that, quite typically of St Andrew’s, there is no lift so make sure you’re up to climbing stairs and also getting your luggage up and down yourself! Staff were friendly, breakfast was excellent. Definitely recommend!!"

"Stayed one night and absolutely loved the place. Our room was beautiful with a huge very clean bed and shower room. It was also lovely and bright in the room with beautiful decor. Dined in the restaurant in the evening and also at breakfast time and the food was amazing both times. Tracy made us feel very welcome and we can’t wait to return "

"Very friendly staff, clean, quiet rooms. Good hearty breakfast. Lovely view of garden,beach and river from dining room and bedroom. Slight issues were TV stuck on one channel and holder for shower head broken. To be fair, we didn't mention these till check out, as weren't big issues for us. Neither of these things would stop us staying here again. It was an unexpected treat to find such a nice place to stay as we were passing through the area! "

"The place was lovely and generally the stay was great, only small downsides were the bed was a wee bit too hard for me and I woke up a bit sore and the WiFi didn’t work in our room but other than that it was a beautiful setting, clean room and would recommend anyone who has a wedding in St Andrews to stay here super close to drive to."
