  • “La Casa del Lupo 1” is a 95 sqm apartment surrounded by nature and part of “LA CASA DEL LUPO.” The two apartments are independent, while sharing the garden and the hot tub.

    Located just a few minutes from the center of Colico, the house enjoys a unique setting: surrounded by the greenery of a lush forest, it offers peace and privacy while remaining close to the main services and the beautiful Lake Como.
    The property is ideal for those who love nature, countryside walks, and relaxing moments away from the hustle and bustle of the city, while still having supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport within easy reach.

    Our apartments are spacious, comfortable, and designed to offer maximum relaxation.
    Every space is carefully furnished: the modern and functional kitchen is equipped with a 6-burner induction cooktop and two ovens, perfect for guests who enjoy cooking even while on holiday.

    Our holiday homes were created from the desire to offer a genuine experience, where wellbeing can be found in life’s simple pleasures and in the slow rhythms of nature.
