"My daughter and I came for a girls trip and absolutely loved Arlo Soho! The room was perfect for us with twin beds and the terrace which was beautiful, we also enjoyed having the outdoor shower. Kyle at the front desk was extremely helpful and gave us some great suggestions on places to eat. Paddy assisted us with our luggage and was such a sweetheart. We really enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop for happy hour. Overall, it was a great experience and would highly recommend! Can't wait to come back!"

"We booked a last minute trip to NY for our family of four and we were relieved to find a reasonable rate for a room with 2 double beds. The hotel is well located (an easy 5-10 min. walk to several different subway lines). We loved that we had easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and downtown attractions. As other reviews have mentioned, we encountered issues with our A/C. The first night we stayed, the A/C compressor was obviously not working. The room never dropped below 75 degrees and it was quite humid. We called the front desk the next morning and the issue was quickly addressed by the maintenance team. A new A/C unit was swapped into our room and we didn't have any issues for the remaining 3 nights. This is a no frills hotel - no pool and small rooms, but by NYC standards, it was very nice and priced accordingly. We appreciated the cleanliness and attentive staff. We would not hesitate to stay here again."

"It’s a basic yet very functional hotel in lower Manhattan, abd reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The hotel isn’t fancy, but for budget travelers it’s the best deal in Manhattan I’ve ever had."

"Great Boutique Hotel in a Convenient Location Great Boutique Hotel in a Convenient Location The Washington Hotel was a cute boutique hotel in a great location. Shopping, restaurants, and other amenities were easily accessible, which made our stay very convenient. We were also close to the World Trade Center, and the beautiful waterfront was just a short distance away. The train station was nearby, making it easy for us to get to Yankee Stadium for the Jay-Z concert. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel in the Wall Street District with easy access to sightseeing, dining, shopping, and transportation, this is a great option. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!"
