"We missed a connecting flight due to weather. We arrived on the free shuttle service. Check in offered us a delicious turkey sandwich, because we hadn't eaten and it was 1:00 am. Nothing open. We missed breakfast the next morning from over sleeping and they kindly made us a to go box from the morning buffet which had closed 20 minutes before we made it down stairs. The kindness of the staff and willingness to help us out, made being stranded in Dulles not as bad. Thank you Hyatt!!!"

"My experience at the Hyatt was one of the finest hotel experiences I have ever enjoyed. Upon check in Lakia, the rep on duty, is truly an asset to the Hyatt corp. Due to a helicopter crash I survived has left me with permanent spinal cord isssues along with severe feet deformity. I am prone to fall or be unbalanced. Lakia offered me a shower chair. I was beyond happy. without any ADA hand rails in shower I am at the mercy of whatever I can grab. Lakia intuitiveness is what true customer service is all abou Lakia "
