Terrible experience at this hotel. They are only using the name of Hard Rock Hotel, but not delivering a 5 star experience. The location is very bad, horrible food, and the hotel is not clean at all (leaky roofs, smell around the property). We would like a refund and we were promised so through Expedia due to our experience. Would not recommend if you are looking for a luxurious stay in Goa.

"A friendly hotel where the staff were all welcoming. The food was delicious and the restaurant staff were particularly attentive. Very comfortable room and bed. Handy for the train station. I found it a bit strange that reception staff would not book an auto or taxi for me but gave me the numbers ..."
