This modern luxurious 3 bedroom villa is spread over three levels with an infinity edge plunge pool, private garden, and a breathtaking roof top terrace with hot tub overlooking the Caribbean Sea. It features 3 king sized beds, 2.5 bathrooms, ultra modern furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer, and even Netflix if you can tear yourself away from the view. It is a short walk to the beautiful private beach of Indigo Bay with its soft white sand, loungers, restaurant, and bar. The large communal pool is directly in front of your villa, and the gym is just a minute away if you want to stay in shape.
Located on St. Maarten’s southern coastline in the newest luxury residential community on the island. Strategically located between the Dutch Side capital of Philipsburg and the popular nightlife district of Simpson Bay.

Amazing Vacation

Large rooms, modern decor and spotless with incredible views of the ocean to watch passing boats, yachts, and cruise ships. Perfect for our family with two teenage kids. The home surpassed our expectations. Residents in the community and the hosts are very kind and friendly.

Perfect Retreat

My husband and I booked this property last minute. It turned out to be perfect! The property itself has a lot to offer. It has every amenity you could ask for. You could enjoy a nice vacation without having to leave the house! The plunge pool was perfect first thing in the morning or after a long day in the sun! the beach was not far to walk to. The view is to die for! Danielle the manager and the owners are VERY responsive. They share all the tips you could possibly need. All in all we give it 5 stars, and hope to return at some point!

My husband and I travel as often as we can, and have stayed in numerous rentals. We have had some good experiences, some okay experiences, and some bad experiences.Blue Sanctuary was an outstanding experience - one of our favorite places to stay. I know we are not alone in feeling this way as the home has repeat renters, all of whom have raved about all aspects of the home and hospitality.The owners, Martha and Mansour, were incredibly kind and helpful during the rental process. Once we arrived at the home, we were welcomed by Alex, who manages the property for the owners. Alex walked us through the property, demonstrating how to operate everything. Alex and her mother Danielle are amazing hosts and made us feel secure and confident about the home we were renting. The home has everything you could need and more. Alex sent us photos of the supplies, so we did not buy unnecessary spices and such. She provided a video of the route to the home from a main highway, since we rented a car. And, she provided a list of things to do, places to go, and sights to see while we were there.We made good use of the cooler, umbrella, and chairs for numerous trips to the beach.The location, Indigo Bay, is perfect. It is private and feels exclusive. The beach and the Indigo Bay Bar and Restaurant were great.We highly recommend Blue Sanctuary for anyone heading to Sint Maarten. The location, home, and hospitality are without equal. We'll be back!
