"The rooms are unique and comfy with a well stocked mini bar but it could have been more helpful to know from the get go that rooms are cleaned upon request rather than each day. 10 minute walk from Tivoli gardens and central station so very easy to get into the centre. Would stay here again."

"Wonderful hotel! I was particularly impressed by the breakfast buffet, it was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Guests should definitely try the breakfast and give themselves enough time to really enjoy it rather than rushing. My only complaint concerns the airport shuttle. When I checked in, I made it clear that we were staying overnight because we had a flight the following morning. I wish the staff had told me then that seats on the airport shuttle needed to be reserved in advance. Finding out only after breakfast that there was no availability on the shuttle was disappointing and could easily have been avoided with better communication at check-in. In the end, my wife and I walked to the airport. It turned out to be a lovely 25-minute walk and a nice way to digest the amazing breakfast we had! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay."

"This property is conveniently located to Copenhagen airport. I subtracted a star because we booked this hotel under the impression it had a dedicated airport shuttle. The shuttle stopped operation 3 years ago. Luckily, It is relatively easy to navigate to the airport using the public train system. The breakfast is worth the extra cost and the host, Alan went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful."
