"Oh wow this property is so unique! Right on the beach, pool, hot tub, pickle-ball, play ground, nice walking path around the beautiful property. We stayed in the Park View Hotel (there are two hotels; Park view (views the kid play ground, no view of the lake unless you walk out side) and Beach front Hotel which 3 of these units face the beach, touching the sand where the other 3 units are behind and no view of lake unless you walk outside. The room we were in had very comfortable beds and linens. Sink, fridge and microwave (no stove/oven in this unit PH20). The unit was not perfect but would stay again. It was a standard unit… get what ya pay for!!! Would stay again for sure!"

"Our family of 28 people from the ages of 6 to 71 had an amazing time. The pool, slide and hot tub were especially enjoyed. When the issue that ones of the bedroom doors would not stay closed, the owner quickly responded and a repair was immediately made. We highly recommend this rental."

"Not one thing it was the worst experience and stay I have ever had. I kid you not my granddaughter when we first drive up sees a little jungle gym. She begs me to go over I said sure before we even get into the hotel. There are bugs everywhere. Then there are two portable fire pits. It looks like someone had tried to burn a cover of a sofa. The pieces were everywhere. I told her that we could not go back. We have not even got into our hotel room when someone is coming up to us and saying did you call for toilet paper. I said I have not even been into the room and someone comes out of their hotel that was us. We get into the hotel room and I turned to my daughter and said we cannot stay here with the girls. I walked into the bathroom bugs everywhere the floor is molded out. My granddaughter had a cold and I was worried the mold would cause her to get worse. We saw that the policy is that we can only cancel the day before we arrived. So I said ok girls get your swim suits on we are out of here. We stayed at the lake as late as we could. We went back only to sleep and even then my daughter put a chair under the knob the person that gave us the key did not sounded like he only spoke Russian. We had no idea if we were even safe. We could not turn off the airconditioning. I had a hard time sleeping because we only had a very thin top cover and sheets. We could not turn off the air. Again we stayed away all day saturday and left on sunday as soon as we got up."
