The room was very comfortable and well-appointed. The cleanliness and maintenance of the room and facility were great. We did not meet any of the staff because of reduced hours in the off season but the arrival packet was self explanatory. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and clean with just the right amount of amenities. The fireplace by the beach was a nice touch and encouraged guests to feel relaxed and we met new people. They had our reservation date wrong, but quickly cleared it up.

The property was great! Loved the access to the park, hot tub, and beach area. What kept it from being 5 stars was the room was a bit outdated and the beds were uncomfortable. It also would have been nice to have more trashes available around the property. But overall a great experience.

This property is outstanding. Check-in was a breeze, and they included a map of the property which led us right to our room. My son is in a wheelchair and the property accommodated greatly. Our room included everything including dishes, silverware, and a kitchen table. The views are simply amazing. Everyone we talked to including staff were so nice. I will definitely be staying here again.

I loved staying right on the beach and having the rental place on site! I didn’t need to haul anything! And we could walk the beach any time we wanted. The mini fridge was the larger size and was perfect!

Hands down would stay again. Room was spacious and clean. Property and staff were friendly. Check in/check out was very easy. Only complaint is some of the outlets in the kitchen and the lamps in the murphy bed's didn't work and the shower head made a loud screech when showering. Other than that the stay was quiet and relaxing.

Oh wow this property is so unique! Right on the beach, pool, hot tub, pickle-ball, play ground, nice walking path around the beautiful property. We stayed in the Park View Hotel (there are two hotels; Park view (views the kid play ground, no view of the lake unless you walk out side) and Beach front Hotel which 3 of these units face the beach, touching the sand where the other 3 units are behind and no view of lake unless you walk outside. The room we were in had very comfortable beds and linens. Sink, fridge and microwave (no stove/oven in this unit PH20). The unit was not perfect but would stay again. It was a standard unit… get what ya pay for!!! Would stay again for sure!

We reserved a two-night stay, and ended up only staying one night because of the overall quality of our room. The beds were very uncomfortable to the point where we didn’t want to sleep on them for a second night. The rooms were not sound-proofed very well, and we could hear other guests on all sides having conversations. The room’s air was stuffy and had very poor air circulation. We woke up with some minor breathing difficulty, so they might want to consider having their air ducts cleaned. When we would use the air conditioner, it was unbearably loud. We would have opened the windows, but there were holes in the screens and we didn’t want bugs getting into the room. The bathroom tub drain was clogged. The kitchenette didn’t have any dinnerware, silverware, or cups. On a positive note, our room was clean and the on-site staff were very helpful and friendly.

Lovely place , right in front of the lake, property is big enough, beds were comfy. Staff very friendly, I woke up with a migraine and were able to assist with some OTC medicine for relief. Jhony offered top notch help. I will be coming back again for next summer.
