  • 3-room apartment, 53m², sleeps 4, on the 3rd and top floor of the Les Platanes residence.
    Entrance opens onto a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (filter coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), dining area, and TV lounge with access to a southwest-facing balcony. View of Charvin.

    Separate WC and bathroom.

    Bedroom 1: 2 single beds 90x190 cm (duvet 200x200 cm)
    Bedroom 2: double bed 140 cm and storage (duvet 240x220 cm)
    The beds are equipped with blankets, 3 bolsters, and 4 pillows (65x65 cm).
    Ski locker (ski boots are not permitted on the residence stairs), parking in front of the residence, and one space in a secure garage.

    No smoking, no pets allowed. Ski boots are not permitted on the stairs.

    From winter 2025/2026 onwards: cleaning is included and mandatory.
    Optional services (subject to availability): linen rental, loan of baby equipment, Wi-Fi hotspot rental* (€39/week).
