SUMMER 2025

Pros: Very quiet place in a good location. The house is spacious and good for families. Good swimming pool. Very safe place. Cons: high price for the quality; damaged appliances (clients not informed about it) Doors that don't close; small bathrooms with extremely high toilets; parking space too narrow (we even had our car damaged by others) Air conditioning in the upper level is not functional (it is located outside the rooms).

Basic but pleasant

The home was basic but pleasant. Parking for this unit was challenging but fortunately the neighbor parking slot was always empty, it helped with the tight parking. The stairs are narrow and steep. We did not take our large luggage up to the bedrooms. They will not fit on the floor anyway. It is in a convenient location to downtown Cogolin. Cogolin is a charming small town with many good restaurants.

Séjour agréable

Petit résidence agréable et fleurie avec une belle piscine. L'appartement est fonctionnel et gagnerait peut être à être décoré un peu. La cafetière était manquante et le volet de la chambre des enfants de ferme pas. L'appartement est néanmoins confortable et agréable au quotidien. La climatisation qui se trouve dans l'appartement est la bienvenue par temps de canicule. La terrasse est jolie, avec de très belles plantes, et est très agréable.

C'est correct rapport qualité/prix

Très bien équipé avec un bémol sur les lavabos des salles de bains qui sont petits et bas. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas le Wi-Fi!
