[More information](https://www.expedia.co.uk/lp/b/content-guidelines) 10 - Excellent 0 8 - Good 0 6 - Okay 0 4 - Poor 0 2 - Terrible 1 ### 4.0 Cleanliness ### 4.0 Location ## Reviews ### 2/10 Terrible #### Annette L. 19 Sept 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy Les détails présentés sur le site n'étaient pas réunis - pas de "terrasse commune", ni de balcons, très petit espace de gazon de 6m2 max pas ensolleillé - apartement au rez-de-chaussée d'une très vieille maison avec fondement en pierre qui se trouve directement au centre de Cogne sur terrains extrêmement serrés - manque de soleil et de lumiére à l'intérieur, peinture métallique de couleurs foncées très désvantageux pour ce manque de lumière il y a eu besoin de lumiére electrique en pleine journée - plusieurs outils de cuisine, casserolles,vaisselle et les placards ont manqué de propreté, mais le pire c'étaient des moississures sur les murs visibles directement au coin gauche du salon donnant sur la rue - coin dont l'angle revêtu de planches de bois devenues grisâtres causé par les moississures profondes - nous avons signalé à la propriétaire ce problème grave de santé qui nous a contraint à un départ prématuré après 2 nuits au lieu de 4 sans récompense - elle était bien au courant des moississures en nous montrant des filtres d'air au mur, un appareil au salon un 2ème dans la chambre à coucher mais ceux-ci n'étaient pas en marche et pourvu qu'en hiver sans que cela puisse résoudre le problème - elle a confirmé le besoin de remédier à ce probleme grave et que les filtres n'en résoudraient pas - nous lui avons proposé de se renseigner auprès de vrais spécialistes dans une ville majeure - ce sejour était vraiment décevant ##### Annette L.
