Pollack Esplanade. The bright living areas with a modular King Furniture lounge and flat screen TV, DVD and CD player have 180-degree views through wrap around picture windows. There's an access track to the rocks in front of the unit for the fisherman or snorkeler and an easy one-minute stroll to the swimming beach for the surfers. Buster the old wreck is a fifteen-minute walk along the wide sandy beach and the new Headland Walk is two hundred metres away. A new fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and an extra bar fridge has views of the sea from the kitchen sink. With the separate dining room, a glass table and a smaller casual breakfast table; this unit is an entertainer's delight. It sleeps up to 6 - the main bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two singles. An open den area sleeps extra with single trundle beds. There are two bathrooms (main with bath) and a large ensuite. There's a fully equipped separate laundry with washing machine and drier. Off street parking is available in lock-up garage. A large fixed gas BBQ is provided with gas bottle kept in laundry. If you are travelling with lots of friends please note we manage multiple holiday houses on Pollack Esplanade. Why not bring everyone and stay together! Linen is included for your stay at The Headland. Note: Cardow & Partners Terms and Conditions are valid for any bookings made through external 3rd party booking systems. We require an online guest registration to be filled out and submitted through a secure online portal. You are required to provide a copy of you photo ID and card details (unless making the booking through Airbnb). I was disappointed with some aspects if the apartment. The owner or the letting agents need to review the cleaners performance; clearly only the "middle" of the rooms are cleaned. Called into the letting agent the morning after we arrived to give feedback about things being a bit grubby ( I couldn't say it was dirty) as well reporting the pedestal fan being broken which we needed as it was quite hot in the lounge area. Told they would get the cleaners in & replace the fan. Well that was Tuesday morning, we left yesterday and neither happened. The amount of signs in the house with rules is ridiculous, $900 off season for 5 nights is not cheap so I don't feel inclined to vacuum etc before I leave the property! I always leave a propetry as I have found it. I would hate to stay there in summer, there was a ceiling fan in the bedrooms as well as a sitting area behind the kitchen but only a small pedestal fan in the lounge room. It would have helped if there was a screen door in the loungeroom but unfortunately you need to close the glass door on dusk due to the mozzies.
