We always love staying at the resort when traveling from Jervis Bay to Brisbane. The rooms are always clean, the bed comfortable, and the facilities and grounds wonderful. We love having a good hearty breakfast at the restaurant before we head off on the second leg of our trip. We will certainly make our way back to Pacific Bay Resort every time we are travelling between the states. We love the place ❤️

Facilities were well maintained. Meals at the restaurant were reasonably priced and extremely tasty.. massage at the spa was excellent also. I thoroughly loved the resort. Internet connection was limited but wifi was good.

The resort itself was very good, the let down was the room, 1206 broken spa bath, broken toilet seat, very poor furniture, I have seen better in op shops! Very outdated, the sofa was also broken, the room overall didn’t warrant anymore than 2 star! The staff at the resort were very helpful and the service in breakfast and evening service was very good. Golf amenities including hiring of clubs etc, very good. The room needs a complete renovation and lets the resort down. Would I go there again? Not room 1206!!

The room was outdated but clean and staff were helpful. The only downside was the hot water. By the time we got back from dinner at 9pm, there was no hot water. What came out of all the taps was not even luke warm water. Reception and maintenance acted quickly to try and reset the system but it took over an hour to feel a slight increase in the temperature. When you're paying over $300 a night I would expect the property to have the right facilities to cater to the rooms available.
