A refundable security deposit of $1,000 will be pre-authorised on your card the day before check-in, covering any damages or unapproved extra guests. Released within 24 hours of check-out if no issues arise.

A 50% pre-authorisation will be placed on your card at the time of booking, released once the first payment is charged 14 days before check-in.

An extra guest fee of $100 per person per night applies for more than 2 guests, charged for each night of the stay. Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests before arrival.

No smoking anywhere on the property or balcony — an additional $100 cleaning fee applies.

External CCTV is present at the front door entry for security and property monitoring purposes.

Please leave the property reasonably clean and tidy with dishes washed and put away before departure.

When using the dryer please turn on the exhaust fan and clean lint filter to avoid fire risk.

Lock all security doors on departure.
