The walls had hand / food marks, dishes unwashed, lounge had holes in it; the apartment had a smell to it!! My request when booking was NOT honoured and only found out the night before I was to check In; if I cancelled I would still need to pay due to cancellation within 48hours; location was beautiful within seconds to the beach; master bedroom was beautifully presented

We stayed here twice and one room was significantly better than the other. Ones spa did not work, bed head not attached and top floor smelt. Other room was significantly better and the main reason we chose to stay there again. Let down the second time

Our apartment was DEFINITELY NOT as displayed online. We were disappointed with the upstairs furniture as it was old and dated. In the shower downstairs the head of the shower sprayed everywhere (we couldn’t fix the problem) and as the shower curtain was too short and MOULDY, water went all over the floor of the bathroom.

Very dirty things didn’t work were broken or really old I had to clean unit myself so we could be a bit comfortable ended up leaving 2 days early as could not get in contact with any staff Room didn’t match photos fridge looked Like it had bullet holes in it rubbish left behind in cupboards and behind furniture Spiders webs throughout unit moths stuck to pictures in walls unfortunately we couldn’t find anywhere else to stay as everywhere was booked Very disappointing don’t waste your money very overpriced for what it is

Overall good. Great views. Quiet. Would stay again. A few maintenance issues and place is in need of some loving eg. Cleaning and repainting stairs and hallways from car park. The word resort in name is a little deceiving as no longer any reception or restaurant, all just self checkin which was straightforward and responsive.

Check in was easy.was sent a msg on the day off check in with instructions.nice and convienant. Good size for us .the kids loved the pool.great location for the beach. Very handy with washing machine inside the apartment. I like the bunk bed for the kids.

The place was very tidy and we had everything that we needed. It had a smart TV with Netflix etc, a laundry and even though parts of the home was a little old, the bed was very comfortable with lovely white linen. The balcony was a nice touch, although we couldn't work the switch outside to eat our late dinner so we sat inside. Nice to have airconditioning as it was a humid evening.

Yeah, nah, it's a run-down hotel in desperate need of maintenance and a good clean. The location is the only redeeming aspect; the ocean views are nice. Passive aggressive notes are a first for me in a hotel, but there was one indicating we would be charged an extra 50 bucks to use the top bunk. I doubt it's legal for them to exclude a bed from use just because they don't like making it after check-out.
