Located only 10 minutes from city centre Coeur d’Alene, Skyview Perch offers a luxurious escape overlooking stunning lake and forest views. The architecture throughout the entire home will wow you—including post and beam construction, hickory floors, and knotty alder trim, doors and cabinets.

Perfect for entertaining or gathering the family together, the main living area has an open concept style. The large gourmet kitchen features granite worktops and stainless steel appliances. Your party will find plenty of space to dine with seating for 2 at the kitchen island and seating for 6 at the wooden table in the adjacent (and spacious) dining area.

Just off the kitchen, the main floor living room features a beautiful stone fireplace, large TV, ample high-end seating, scenic views and easy access to the huge deck. Downstairs you’ll find the impressive entertaining area featuring a second living room and a great game room.

Wrapped in windows with stunning Northwest views, this second living room is equipped with comfortable seating, a huge TV and a fireplace. There’s also a fantastic wet bar with a wine cooler and microwave nestled in the corner! Just steps away, the game room features a high-end pool table, and tonnes of space for everyone to join in on the fun.

With six bedrooms and four full bathrooms, this luxurious home will comfortably sleep everyone. Perfect for the kids, there’s also an upstairs loft with two twin beds and two twin trundle beds. The primary bedroom is located on the main floor and features a king bed and attached bathroom with double sinks, a jetted tub and a shower. Located on the same floor, the second primary also has a king bed, plus an attached bathroom with a shower/tub.

Head downstairs to find a Jack and Jill style bathroom with a shower/tub located between two bedrooms, both with queen beds. The third downstairs bedroom has another fantastic king bed. Last, but certainly not least, you’ll enjoy your own personal spa experience in the home’s wooden sauna—conveniently located in the fourth full bathroom that includes a standing shower.
