Brand new and the owners obviously put thought and attention into every detail. From the welcome sign to the adorable canisters in the kitchen everything felt luxurious and welcoming. The location was perfect! Just outside of Cody with amazing views when we were relaxing on the front porch and plenty of peace after spending all day in Yellowstone. Tim and Gina were always available for questions and were wonderful hosts 😊 ##### Shannon P. First, Tim and Gina are fantastic communicators and hosts. They do it right! Helpful and communicative!Second, the property itself still smells and feels brand new! Wonderful layout with big kitchen and living space. The bedrooms were perfect for our family of five. The grill and picnic area were perfect for grilling dinner and playing games as a family against a backdrop of the mountains. Its right off the main road going thru Cody so that is easy and helpful (and also never noticeable)I would stay here again in a heartbeat if we ever get back to this area and would highly recommend to anyone that is!Thank you Tim and Gina! ##### Bryon K.
