We like the hotel for the location and size since we travel with a family of 4. However the air conditioning was poor and bed were very uncomfortable. It literally felt like sleeping on the floor.

An amazing experience!! Our first time in Italy, Venice and the hotel were wonderful. I brought my fiancé to propose and the hotel helped out in several ways that made the trip an unforgettable experience. Rima at the front desk was amazing, was very friendly and gave so many helpful suggestions. In our opinion she deserves a promotion or a raise! Amazing location… right by Rialto bridge, water taxi and gondolier. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Walking distance to everything. Rooms were clean, but up a lot of winding stairs (elevator only went up one level). Breakfast good. Staff friendly. Recommend.
