This newly remodeled mid-century ranch is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood where you can get away from it all. You\`ll be just steps from the neighborhood access to the Banana River where you can take the provided paddle boards out to explore the mangroves and watch the dolphins play. Within walking distance to the beach and only 1 mile from Downtown Cocoa Beach. You\`ll be awed by the amazing sunsets that drop into the river, compliments of Mother Nature! Early birds can walk a short distance to the beach to catch a gorgeous sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean, enjoy a beach day and watch a cool rocket launch out of Cape Canaveral. Enjoy cooking while listening to the Bose Smart Speaker in our well equipped open concept kitchen/dining room that includes the essential pots and pans, wok, baking pans, dishes, glass/plastic and flatware sets, cooking utensils, Henkel knives, single/carafe specialty coffee maker, blender/processor, toaster, juice machine and air fryer. Spices and cooking oil are provided. If you prefer to cook outside, you can find a gas grill in our spacious fully fenced-in backyard. We drove straight through from Illinois and arrived early on the check-in day---we totally appreciated the early check in as we were exhausted. This home is a perfect location for walking and in super close proximity to Cocoa Beach. We walked to the beach and then enjoyed the walk back through the lovely neighborhood where this rental is located. Well equipped and great location, with beautiful views of golf course and mountains. Had an issue with check in. We did not receive the keypad code via email. Took two hours to reach the owner for the code. Maybe this was a one time issue, but we found the owner did not respond to this and one other issue. Otherwise, great space. ##### Janet C.
