The Space:

Directly Accross From The Public Beach Access Point In Sunny South Cocoa Beach with Partial Ocean Views from Balcony. 4-min to downtown Cocoa Beach. This beach house is part of a custom-built, high-end duplex situated on the beautiful barrier island. Well-appointed furnishings & decor. Close to restaurants, grocery & beach boutiques. Enjoy all that the Space Coast has to offer, paired with day trips to Orlando’s theme parks (staying beachside!). This house sits directly East of Orlando (55 min).



All furnishings new/updated. 10 minutes away from the famous Westgate Cocoa Beach Pier (restaurants, bars, shops, and live musical entertainment). 15 minutes to Cape Canaveral with cruise ships, boating and fishing. 30-minutes to the Kennedy Space Center.



Equipped with a tankless water heater so multiple families/guests can enjoy long, hot showers. Unlike a lot of rentals in the area, the washer & dryer are located inside the home in a separate laundry room (HVAC controlled). Dedicated work space (desk and chair) in 2nd master bedroom for working professionals (equipped with wifi and ethernet). Complementary ultra high-speed wifi throughout entire home (upstairs and down).



This home is beyond Family Friendly with abundant baby & toddler amenities. Portable crib provided with (2) plush/padded Pack N' Play fitted sheets (made to fit on insert/support). Child safety gate at upper stairs (Removable), full-sized high chair, and toddler table/chairs.



This is a two-story property with stairs. Please refer to the listing photos for a written description at the bottom of each photograph depicting which level each of the rooms are located on. Please note that the kitchen and family room/sitting area are on the upper level (to take advantage of the views).

Guest access

Primary renter MUST be at least 25 years of age and present the entire duration of the stay.



Guests will be provided a four digit code for entry through automatic digital keypad locks. This code will be activated at 4:00 pm on the day of your check-in.



Guests have access to a small, attached garage (to enter through for convenience when loading luggage from driveway into the home). This mini garage was not designed to store a regular vehicle (originally built for a golf cart), however it offers a great staging area for coming and going with beach gear. Beach chairs & kids beach toys (for sand) are stored in here for your use.

Other things to note

Private driveway will accommodate (4) midsize vehicles parked in two rows (tandem). Please note there is no garage parking, and no street parking at this property. Street parking is not permitted in this property's zoning area of Cocoa Beach (for both full-time residents and short-term renters due to municipal code).

Cocoa Beach Vacation

The place was very clean with everything needed for a great stay. The beach access was directly across the street and the downtown was 10 min walk. We had a family of 6 and everyone was comfortable. I would stay here again.

We booked this beautiful beach house and on the same day we received an email from the host with information about the community and nearby attractions.We saw the pictures online but our breath was taken away when we walked into the house. The bedrooms were huge and we had a spacious kitchen with a dining room table to enjoy our Christmas dinner! We had two kids and each of them had their own bedroom with a TV and bathroom (always an issue with hotel rooms). The laundry room was a blessing as we were able to wash our clothes and towels and not have to worry about packing dirty laundry for our flight back home. We got a chance to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view of the beach. We also enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk back and forth to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to booking this beach house again in the future!

Family weekend getaway

Very easy check in process. Everything you need for a day a the beach coolers, chairs and beach toys for the kids! Not beach front but only 2 minute walk to the beach with some view of the ocean. My family only spent the weekend but after staying there we are going to book a week next year.

Great beach

The road noise including tractor trailers was loud starting at 5am, otherwise plenty of space close to great beach! Mattresses were ok, but some will need updating soon. Kitchen has everything to prepare meals etc. I would stay here again as honestly other than road beautiful property!

Perfect beach house!

I could not say enough good things about this house, the location, and the host (by letting us check in much earlier than the listed check in time.) The heated outdoor shower was awesome and there were so many convenient items already there such as beach toys/wagon/games/coolers/high chair. We had a great time and wish that we could have stayed a while longer :)

Perfect Beach Getaway with Stunning Views and Great Amenities!

Our two-night stay at the Blue Ocean Beach House was fantastic! The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious, offering everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The beds were incredibly cozy, and the kitchen was well-stocked for all our cooking needs. We especially appreciated the abundance of beach supplies, including chairs, wagons, and toys, making our trips to the shore effortless. Beautiful spot in Coco

We have been going to Coco as a family for several years. The house we normally stay at was sold last year. We have found our new spot! 2 minute walk to the beach, heated outside shower. Bedrooms are all big size and very comfortable. Small balcony that you can see the ocean. The couch was great too! Kitchen had everything we needed and rhe AC worked great! We will be back!

Cocoa Beach House

We had 5 people in our party. 2 adults, 3 kids ranging from 9-15 yrs old. The proximity to the beach was awesome. We went to the beach for a couple hours, came back, ate, napped and went back to the beach. It was exactly what we needed. It’s also 10 minutes from kayaking with dolphins and Manatees and 30 minutes from airboats where we saw gators and creatures in the swamp and waterway. The town of Cocoa Beach was great with shops restaurant and bar's.The house was perfect, full kitchen with brand new supplies for cooking, bedrooms were nice and big. The house has been updated nicely. Lots of beach gear chairs, umbrella and wagon. The owners communicated with us promptly during the check in and check out process. We highly recommend this house.

Amazing last minute booking

This was such an amazing home! We loved the modern yet cozy feel! Its proximity to the beach was also a big plus. While it’s not directly on the water we were able to sit on the balcony and hear the ocean waves in the morning and sneak a few peeks at the waves here and there. The televisions were smart tvs which was great for us since we are a streaming family! The kiddos enjoyed the bunk beds, having their own bathroom and tv. The outdoor heated shower to hose off sand etc was just amazing! We had a last minute family illness cause us to look for a place last minute. The ease in which renting from this property was amazing! We definitely would stay here again if our travels bring us back to cocoa beach!

Great house in great location.

We really loved the space and great bed/bathroom layout in this house. House had everything we needed for the beach which was just across the street. This would be a great house for anyone with small kids as they have all the things you could need. The only two downfalls to this property for us were the morning traffic noise as the road does get pretty busy, and the lack of a good outdoor space to hang out. We like to sit outside in the evenings as a family and the back porch really had limited seating and minimal ambiance. A nicer outdoor area would really have made this place for us. Everything else in this place was really set up well and decorated beautifully. We would recommend to others and would definitely rent again.
