Lovely family vacation

This was a lovely duplex, beautifully furnished and centrally located but still super quiet. Everything was accurate in the description and the photos. Our family enjoyed our trip and our hosts were responsive, kind, and made the stay great! The coffee bar was a huge bonus and the beach gear made the trip so much better. We would stay here again.

Great location for a beach getaway

Lovely accommodations. Our group of 5-6 adults comfortably. The house is spacious, full stocked and just a short walk to beach access, shops and food. We rented electric bikes around the corner, hit the beach, and my young adult girls frequented the coffee shop (Surfinista - a block away) during our stay. We highly recommend!

This place is absolutely perfect for couples, families, or even a solo vacation. They have everything you need for the perfect beach vacation. You don’t need to spend money renting an umbrella or chairs because they provide them for you! They also have sand toys, balls, beach towels, etc. My kids were in heaven!!

Location, Location, Location

Wonderful cottages and positive customer experience working with Leah. The location is prime, within walking distance to the beach and near all the food places downtown Cocoa Beach. The house is fully equipped and the hosts paid attention to details. The backyard with the gas grill, fire pit and hot shower is perfect for family meals and post-beach activities. The brand new LG washer and drier are nice additions and were handy after walks and beach visits. Will definitely come back!

Even better than expected

This was the nicest and best outfitted rental I’ve had. Tons of little extras that normally come with surcharges. Owner was available by text and was like a concierge and had lots of advice for kids. She allowed us a late checkout so we could finish a video conference which helped us immensely. A lightbulb was burnt out which wasn’t a problem so I mentioned it to her and she sent bulbs via a courier service. I hope they keep increasing holdings because we would exclusively rent from them.
