Discover this superb 1-bedroom gem on our Winslow property in Cocoa Beach. This fabulous apartment is The Flamingo Unit, accommodating 2 guests, features 1 queen bed and 1 bath. The unique Flamingo themed decor and indoor/outdoor kitchen give guests a charming tropical place to unwind after a day at the beach. (Which is just a short walk away- you are 1 block from the water) The bathroom is equipped with a shower, soaps, towels, and hair dryer for added convenience. The backyard is a shared space that boast conversational seat settings, dinette settings, a fire pit, tiki bar and grill. We are aprox 3 miles from Port Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center and golfers have their choice of beautiful golf courses nearby. We hope you'll enjoy your stay!

We really loved this place! Such charm. Maybe not perfect but that’s what we loved about it. I was very relaxed there and they thought of everything. I didn’t realize it was a whole house. I might bring my family down and rent it. We would have so much fun! Really easy to get to the beach, the pier, the main drag, Cape Canaveral. Really easy to drive anything along the coast.
