Beyond Expectations!!

Staying at Casa Coco exceeded our expectations on all fronts. The house is so beautifully designed and has such a calming atmosphere. The pool area with the fountain is exquisite and drinking coffee in the morning listening to the water falling on the rocks was so nice. They also have a beautiful outdoor kitchen set up, which made for a really great barbecue night. The bathrooms were spotless, and the beds were super comfy!! I can't think of anything negative to say. I would highly recommend this to all my family and friends!!!

Gorgeous home 5 mins from the beach

Our stay at this vacation home in Cocoa Beach was absolutely perfect! The house is incredibly well designed, with stylish décor and a layout that made it feel both spacious and cozy. Being just 5 minutes from the beach was a dream—we could easily walk or drive over for a morning stroll or an afternoon by the water. The location was also ideal for day trips, as it's less than an hour from Orlando, making it easy to visit the theme parks while still enjoying the relaxing beach atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic pool and outdoor grilling area. The backyard felt like a private oasis, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. We loved cooking meals on the grill and dining outside in the warm Florida air. The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into every detail, making this home not just a place to stay, but a place to truly enjoy. We can't wait to come back!

Spectacular stay - will be going again!!

If I could give this place 100 stars I would. First, the location alone is exceptional. With just a mile away from the beach and a short walk to the local town this home can make all your Florida dreams come true! There are so many restaurants, entertainment and activities to do locally and only an hour to two hours away from the major parks. The home itself, is beautifully presented and well kept. You can tell the owner has put a lot of thought into the decor. There is 3 bedrooms totals and two full bathrooms. My sister had her bachelorette party there (nothing crazy haha) and it housed all 9 of us comfortably. The bathrooms came equipped with nice towels and shampoo/ conditioner so we didn't have to worry about getting those items through the airport. Anything you could possibly need or want on a vacation, they probably have it. We used the bikes to ride into the local town. We used the beach chairs on our beach day and utilized the beach towels. There is a large outdoor pool which has a gate around to keep out those bugs but it allowed for nice sunlight to come through so I could still get a tan! We used the pool area a bunch. There's a pizza oven, grill and full “dining room” table outside so we could enjoy our meals under the sun peacefully. The bedrooms are very cozy and have plenty of storage for those longer stays or families. Each room has its own “theme” and the meaning behind each theme is framed on the wall in great detail. The kitchen space was perfect for the 9 of us and was well equipped for all basic cooking activities. Overall we had a joyful time staying here and I would absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone who is looking for an entire experience when visiting Florida.

Perfect Florida getaway

This really is the perfect Florida getaway. The location was perfect, the space was amazing and the pool area was the absolute best for both the kids and us. Our stay was the perfect 20th anniversary getaway and we can’t wait to come again
