The House was very clean and had all the essentials needed to cook if we desired so. My mother uses a walker to get around and had no issues getting around the house at all. The pool was very refreshing and nice to relax in. The beach is only a block away and was a very easy walk. The owners were extremely easy to work with and very kind. I highly recommend staying here! I brought my swim team to Cocoa beach for a training trip and stayed at the property. It has a really nice patio and pool, and everything is really clean and new. Two blocks from a nice beach as well. We had a great time! There are three houses connected that share the patio and pool. We have rented many houses for vacations (never through VRBO) and this was the cleanest rental we have ever been in! It was spotless. The house was beautiful. The pool is very relaxing. But with having young kids, the back porch was great as a play area as well. Everything you could need or want during your stay is provided! Adam and Patricia were wonderful! It is accessible for people with some mobility issues, but probably wouldn't work for somebody who uses a wheelchair. The space is nicely separated, so an early bird and night owl could stay there without waking each other up. Both bathrooms have showers that are tall enough for people over six feet. The kitchen is large enough to cook for a family. The yard is fenced, so the outside space feels usable. ##### Darcie W. It was quiet, a close walk to the beach and other local attractions, and an easy drive to Kennedy Space Center and Orlando. The pool was warm and clean.
