The Space: Located up a short flight of stairs on the second floor of our 8-unit "aparthotel," Unit F includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer plenty of sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like refinished wood flooring, tasteful decor, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. It's a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around! Getting Around: Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area. Downtown area is within walking distance. Property manager completely misrepresented the actual listing. Second bedroom has a door leading to an exterior hallway with a lock smashed off. Immediately notified property manager who was abrasive and mocked our safety concern considering it was two women and three young children. I have pictures documenting this horrific property and had to leave 30 minutes after arriving and forced to find a safe location to stay.
