The bathroom comes with a shower over a full-size bath and a basin with an ample water supply. This property is ideal for couples and families who want to park their car at the property and explore this vibrant town centre on foot. Cockermouth Town Centre, the birthplace of William Wordsworth, is just a short walk from the property. The National Trust Wordsworth House is across the road. The location of this property is perfect. Cockermouth is a thriving market town full of hidden surprises at every turn. It boasts a great selection of pubs, quaint restaurants, micro-breweries, local craft shops, independent coffee houses, delicatessens, speciality shops and of course, well-known retailers and branded stores too. If you like culture, Kirkgate Arts show movies, arts and drama. The leisure centre is also nearby as well as local cycle hire. You’ll also find Cockermouth’s very own Castle ruins beside the Rivers Derwent and River Cocker meet.
